SociiOS wires AI coding agents into the actual software lifecycle — connected to Claude, Cursor and Slack — and encodes where a human has to check an agent's output before it ships. I led technical direction from the earliest stage of the engagement through to production, delivered within the agreed 8-month timeline.

A configurable financial platform spanning banking, lending, trade finance, anti-money-laundering, remittance processing and microfinance workflows. I owned release cadence and client implementations across commercial and microfinance banks in the Middle East and Pakistan, plus the integration layer connecting it to core-banking systems.

A complete migration of the NETSOL Financial Suite — leasing and asset-finance software — from a legacy .NET MVC and WPF stack onto .NET Web API with ReactJS and AngularJS front ends. Ran the organisation-wide Angular training that prepared the wider team for the modernisation, and supported on-site UAT and migration for Investec Bank UK.
